The Organ...It lies crouched over the summit like an oversized vulture atop a much too small perch, its highest spires doubling the height of the hill itself. Pipes sprout in every direction, in bundled groups and erratic single outliers, all petrified black wood and grey and gold metal still gleaming as if every inch was just polished yesterday.

Nobody has been inside, not in a generation. We don't remember why, just know from tales passed down and rumors half-remembered that there's no profit to be had in trifling with the Organ. We just leave it be, glowering across the surrounding lands, never sounding but for the faint, haunting glass-jug notes blown by wind across the flues.

Until last night...

The Cyclopean Organ is a depthcrawl funnel for Cairn by Yochai Gal, using the Cairn Funnel Rules by Xenio. Roll up a desperate gang of villagers, and send them into the dark depths of an enormous musical contraption to save their homes and livelihoods.  Put them face to face with nightmarish horrors of flesh and mind, discover bizarre treasures and tools to complete their desperate task. The few who leave alive will do so irrevocably changed.

This is an ashcan version of the Cyclopean Organ, lacking layout and art (in progress). The adventure is pay-what-you-want for now - support is optional, but appreciated!

This was very fun to run. The set up and setting are great and very much work. Love the writing. The danger was very easy to telegraph with what the writer gives you. Because the rolls went the way they did, it did not really function as a funnel. They made some safe choices and just didn’t encounter much deadly opposition until finding 2 longfolk towards the end. We only had 3 deaths out of 12 zeros. Nevertheless, the players enjoyed exploring this unique location.

Okay - this is amazing! Great stuff to Warden and got amazing feedback for this elonganted charakter creation adenvture funnel from the players. I did a costum layout to have locations/details/events better spread out in print and also added stuff from your blog to the monster section which helped alot as a Warden! If there will be a reworked version with layout and art - I would buy I it!
